By using this interface you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use it.
An open-source interface, released under the MIT licence, to smart contracts that let you offset on-chain risk you already hold. The contracts are public and immutable. Anyone can use them without this site. Throb is not a bank, broker, exchange, casino or betting service and does not act for you.
You must be of legal age where you live and allowed to use software of this kind there. Availability is restricted in some jurisdictions and access is not offered where it would be unlawful. Confirming that you may lawfully use it is your responsibility.
Nothing here is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to take any position. No yield, return or profit is offered. A hedge can lose everything you commit to it.
Throb never holds your wallet or your keys. Collateral you commit sits in the immutable market contract for the term, and you withdraw what you are owed yourself, whenever you like. Claims do not expire. A one-signature delegation lets anyone carry out exactly the hedge you signed, from your own account, paying tips from your wallet within the budget you signed, and you can cancel it at any time.
A settled market charges the losing side 0.25% (0.15% for Pro), and a voided market charges nothing and refunds everyone. Pro costs 0.5 ETH per 30 days: it is a software licence with an on-chain expiry, refundable pro rata within 14 days of payment and final after that. It is not an investment and carries no share of revenue. Network fees are paid to the network, not to Throb.
A fixed-price sale with a published target and deadline. If the target is not reached by the deadline, every contribution is refundable in full. The token's only utility is a claim on protocol fee distributions to eligible holders. It is not an investment product.
The contracts are unaudited and immutable: there is no pause switch on the market engine, no upgrade path, and no way to recover funds lost to a bug. Markets can void and refund instead of settling, for example when nobody takes the other side or no readings are recorded before expiry. Blockchains, wallets, price feeds and the venues whose positions Throb reads can fail or change. You use all of it at your own risk.
The interface and the contracts are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, nobody who built or hosts them is liable for any loss arising from their use.
Throb keeps no record of you on a server. See the privacy page.
The interface may change. The deployed contracts cannot. Questions: connect@kryptik.works.
